UX Punk wanted a comic to coincide with World Usability Day 2012. The comic was delivered to recipients over a series of four emails leading up to World Usability Day.
Useractive conceived the idea for the comic to form the shape of letters. The first three emails consisted of the letters W, U, and D, while the final email was an aggregation of the previous emails to form the acronym WUD (World Usability Day).
Useractive also created additional marketing imagery that was used throughout the campaign.
